		<description>Right on target, and things keep piling on.  Soon, we&#039;ll be bailing out pension obligations for Detroit, and a host of other industries (American Express is now in line, I understand).  

You are right, when will they understand government is making the mess bigger (quoted you on my blog---you&#039;re a bit more &quot;colorful&quot; in the way you say it than I would be).   According to a 2004 study by UCLA economists, the policies intended to help the economy out of the Great Depression--enacted by newly-elected President Franklin Delano Roosevelt--actually extended the depression by 7 years. 

Unfortunately, while we all feed at the trough, our kids will be the ones cleaning up.</description>
